Serengeti Serena Lodge

The Serengeti Serena Lodge sits on the top of a high ridge and has great views out across the plains. It has won a number of awards for design and architecture from the world travel press, and makes for a great base for a family safari. It lies near to the Grumeti River in the Western Corridor, known for the migration. The lodge blends discreetly into its surroundings due to its careful design, being made up of a number of rounded bandas which are well spaced throughout the grounds to provide privacy for guests. The lodge also boasts a beautiful ‘vanishing horizon’ pool, which looks out over the Serengeti and provides a great place for children and parents like to cool down after a days game viewing.
