On this short southern safari you and your family will travel in your own private safari vehicle to the wildlife rich Mikumi National Park for a couple of nights in the wilderness – although in the comfort of Mikumi Wildlife Camp! You will be accompanied by an experienced driver guide who knows the park well and you will hopefully see lion, elephant and many other animals on your game drives or even straight from your room or the well located lodge pool! These prices are a special offer for residents – for non resident prices, or to add one or more nights

2 nights, 3 days private safari vehicle with trained driver-guide, full board
Mikumi Wildlife Camp (Kikaboga)
Day 1: Dar-es-Salaam to Mikumi National Park
Our driver guide will pick you up from your residence or your hotel in Dar-es-Salaam at 07:00am then drive to Mikumi National Park with a stop off for lunch if you wish (please note, however, that this lunch is not included). Arrive in Mikumi for an afternoon game drive to explore Mikumi National Park. The park is one of Tanzania's largest parks and has excellent bird life as well as being good for viewing predators. Settle in to Mikumi Wildlife Lodge (Kikoboga) for dinner and overnight, on full board.
Day 2: Full day game drives in Mikumi Natinal Park
After breakfast, depart for a full day game drives to explore Mikumi National Park. You can choose to have a picnic in the park or return to the lodge for hot lunch, depending on your family and their preferences. This evening you will once again be based at Mikumi Wildlife Lodge (Kikoboga), on full board.
Day 3: Mikumi to Dar-es-Salaam
We advise an early start for a final morning game drive in Mikumi National Park. Return to the lodge for your lunch before the drive back to Dar-es-Salaam. You and the family will be dropped back at your residence or your hotel in Dar-es-Salaam around 6pm. End of service.
