You and your family will be met and taken directly to the domestic airport for the short internal flight that connects to Selous. The flight, usually on a Cessna Caravan 12 seater, takes approximately 45 minutes to landing on the airstrip in the Game Reserve. On arrival you will be met by a vehicle and driver-guide from Selous Impala Tented Camp. You will drive to the camp through the bush and spend the rest of the day relaxing - unless you feel like getting straight into it all, in which case you can of course take part in an evening game viewing activity.

Days Two, Three, Four

You will spend a total of 4 nights based at the comfortable and friendly Selous Impala Tented Camp. Accommodation is full board and the food is delicious and served in large and healthy portions! After your fun filled days at Selous Impala Camp you wake on your fifth morning and get ready to leave. After breakfast you will be taken on a game drive to the airstrip in time to catch the 09.15 flight to Ruaha National Park. On arrival you will be met and transferred to Tandala Tented Camp, arriving in time for lunch. You and the family will now spend 3 days and nights at Tandala Tented Camp, in your attractive and comfortable double tented rooms. Extra beds are available for children or to accommodate a third person. All lighting is provided by 24 hr solar and each tent stands at least eight meters away from the next ensuring absolute seclusion and privacy. The en-suite bathroom at the back of each tent is enclosed in thatch and rockwork over viewing the bush. Hot showers are provided by solar.
